Our consulting services are composed of two divisions:
If you are starting a business, you have
some important decisions to make. Some of
these decisions can be expensive to
change so it is wise to plan carefully at the
beginning. Your business structure will
determine how you are taxed, both as an
individual and as an entity. The amount of
liability you will be exposed to personally is
also dependent on this choice. There are no
hard and fast rules to follow; each individual
case is unique. We can help you consider all
of the possibilities and the consequences of
each. We do not charge
for the first 1/2 hour of consultation.
We can also help if your existing business is experiencing
growing pains, or perhaps just not working the
way you would like. Let us take a trained and
experienced look at your operations
and offer suggestions. Sometimes the
solutions are easy to initiate, sometimes not,
but we will be there to help until you are
100% satisfied. If you decide to make major
changes and are afraid of the cost, we offer
no interest payment plans (see
Fee Schedule).
